SAFEGUARDING
Here at Harper Bell we take or safeguarding responsibilities very seriously. We have an open door policy and we welcome any member of the school community who may have concerns about the welfare and safety of a child, whether the concerns are at school or in the wider community.
'Safeguarding and the welfare of children is EVERYONE'S responsibility. EVERYONE that comes into contact with children and their families has a role to play. In order to fulfill this responsibly effectively, all practitioners should make sure their role is child centered. This means that they should consider, at all times, what is in the BEST INTERESTS of the child.'
